Refund policy
We do not currently offer refunds or exchanges. However, Modern Zen Candle is committed to providing quality products for you to enjoy. In the event you are not satisfied with your order, we would greatly appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to make it right. Please contact us at modernzencandleco@gmail.com with “ISSUE” as the subject line.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item arrives broken, we will happily offer a replacement of the same exact item damaged. Our carriers & shippers require photo documentation for reimbursement and quality control. Snap a photo with your phone of the required images listed below and e-mail the images to modernzencandleco@gmail.com with your name and a brief message with the subject line of “DAMAGED" as soon as you receive your shipment. We will ship a replacement of the same exact item damaged within a few days. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for any other reason. The below photos are required for a replacement:
- a photo of the damaged item up close
- a photo of the box, showing all packaging used to protect the item
- a photo of the shipping label on the box
