Shipping policy
What shipping carriers do you use?
Our shipments are sent via UPS or USPS.
How long will it take to recieve my order?
We will process your order within 3 business days. Most orders arrive in 1-5 business days after being shipped. You will receive a tracking number with your shipment confirmation email.
Where is my order?
Follow your tracking number which you receive via email at the time of shipping to follow your tracking information.
Modern Zen Candle cannot be held responsible for any delayed transit times once an order leaves our possession into the hands of the shipping carrier. Should your package become delayed or lost, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier.
I live in the Berea area, can I pick up my order?
We offer free local pickup at our retail storefront in Berea, Kentucky. Simply select Local Pickup at checkout. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready.

We are located in College Square, next to Papa Leno’s Restaurant and within the same shopping center as the Historic Boone Tavern Hotel.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently offer international shipping. All orders will be shipped via the least expensive method. International buyers are financially responsible for all customs fees and expenses should any arise. Orders traveling outside the United States may take up to 30 days for arrival. Please see the tracking information you will receive via email for the most current information.
What if my item arrived broken or damaged?
In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or broken, our carriers & shippers require photo documentation for
reimbursement & quality control. Snap a photo with your phone of the required images listed below and e-mail the images to modernzencandleco@gmail.com with your name and a brief message as soon as you receive your shipment. We will ship a replacement of the same exact item damaged within a few days. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for any other reason. The below photos are required for a replacement:
- a photo of the damaged item up close
- a photo of the box, showing all packaging used to protect the item
- a photo of the shipping label on the box
